House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. No smoking or parties. Pets are welcome on request. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before check-in receive a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor and has lift access. A dog occasionally lives here but is absent during guest stays; the home may not be suitable for guests with allergies.
