Pets are not allowed. Events are forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night during low season and 2.2€ per guest per night during high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
The house is on a working farming and livestock holding with daily activity. Orchard access requires the owner's supervision. The upstairs bedroom is reached by stairs. Montuïri village is 3 km away; Platja de Palma is 24.6 km away. Outdoor parking is limited to two cars.
