## About the house

The house stands within an active farming and livestock holding where work takes place daily. Gardens surround a private 15 × 4 metre saltwater pool, with depths of 0.90–1.90 metres, six sun loungers, two sunshades, a rocking sofa and a furnished porch. A terrace has a built-in barbecue and a pergola for outdoor dining. Solar panels are installed, and guests may access the orchard, with olive, lemon and almond trees, under the owner's supervision.

The air-conditioned open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has satellite TV, a gas stove and a breakfast bar with stools. On this floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and closet; one of these bedrooms has air conditioning. There is also a shower bathroom. Upstairs, the third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, and there is an additional toilet. A cot and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for two cars are provided.

Montuïri village is 3 km away and offers basic services. Platja de Palma, the nearest sandy beach, is 24.6 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 22.1 km away, Golf Son Gual 21.2 km, Sineu train station 8.7 km, the Montuïri bus stop 3.7 km, Port de Palma ferry terminal 32.6 km and Hospital Son Llàtzer 25.7 km away. Palma offers restaurants, shops, museums and other leisure activities.

The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night during low season and 2.2€ per guest per night during high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
