Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to all guests except those under 16: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey building, with neighbours on the independent upper floor. Inca town centre is about 200 metres away. Puerto de Alcúdia Beach is approximately 25.3 km away; Inca train station and bus stop are each 0.65 km away. There is no property parking.
