The house

Sa Xorca occupies a fully fenced countryside plot with private outdoor areas. The chlorine pool measures 9 × 4.5 metres and is 1.35–1.85 metres deep, with sun loungers and parasols alongside. A porch with sofas, an outdoor dining area, barbecue, garden, terrace and table tennis provide outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining.

The living room and kitchen have air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 each have two single beds; bedroom 3 has a double bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have an en-suite shower bathroom, while the third bathroom has a bathtub and serves the rest of the house. A cot and highchair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby.

Cas Concos is 6.1 km away and has basic services; Santanyí is about 10 km away and offers additional services. Cala Santanyí, the closest beach, is 10.4 km away. Other nearby coastal destinations include Cala Mondragó, Caló des Moro and Cala d’Or. Exterior parking accommodates six cars.
