The villa has a saltwater swimming pool, sun loungers, a large porch for outdoor dining and a barbecue. The pool measures 8.5 by 4.5 metres and is 1.40–2.10 metres deep.
Inside, the rustic two-storey house has an air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and oven and connects to the dining room. Three air-conditioned bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with a double bed and two with one single bed each. Upstairs, a sitting room with two sofas leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a shower and whirlpool bathtub. The second bathroom also has a whirlpool bath.
A cot and high chair are provided for babies. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and fireplace are available. Wi-Fi and parking are free, with outdoor spaces for three cars and a garage space for one car.
