The house

The fenced estate has no direct neighbours and includes fruit trees producing lemons, apricots, cherries and persimmons, an organically maintained vegetable garden, hens providing fresh eggs, and a resident cat. Outdoors are a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 m with a depth of 2 m, six sun loungers, a barbecue and two furnished terraces.

The main floor has a kitchen with an induction hob, a living room with a table, TV and wood-burning heater, a double bedroom with a closet, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a living room with air conditioning and a heat pump, satellite TV, DVD and CD players, a bedroom with a trundle bed, and a double bedroom with a closet and direct terrace access. The upstairs double bedroom connects to the living room and lacks privacy. There is also an outdoor toilet.

A cot and high chair are available for babies. The house has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and six electric radiators. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for six cars are available.

Maria de la Salut has a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort are a 15-minute drive away; Ca’n Picafort beach is 11.6 km away. Santa Margalida and its Plaça de la Vila bus stop are 2.5 km away, Muro railway station is 10.3 km away, Son Sant Joan airport is 56 km away, Aucanada golf course is 24.8 km away, Port d’Alcudia ferry port is 20.5 km away, and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca is 20.8 km away.

Pets and events are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt.
