The house

The 244 m², two-storey home combines traditional Majorcan rustic features and hydraulic tiles with modern elements. Outdoors there is a 9 × 5 m chlorine pool, a furnished terrace, two furnished porches, a barbecue and a wood stove.

The main house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. One twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The attached house is accessed from the porch and has two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One is on the first floor and has an en-suite shower bathroom. A further shower bathroom for general use is on the first floor. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The main living room has three sofas, air conditioning and satellite TV; a second living room has two sofas. There is a separate dining room and an independent eat-in kitchen with a hob, microwave, fireplace, dishwasher and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Maria de la Salut is a rural village in central Mallorca with a pharmacy, bank, sports facilities, bars and restaurants. Ses Casetes dels Capellans in Can Picafort is about 15 minutes away by car; Can Picafort beach is 15 km away.
