The house

The fenced property offers privacy, a garden with fruit trees, sun loungers, a porch with a barbecue, outdoor seating and a dining table. There is a ping-pong table and a wooden playhouse for children. The private saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 0.90–1.80 m deep.

The interior is arranged on one floor. The living room has air conditioning, satellite TV and Smart TV, and connects to an equipped induction kitchen with a dining table. A microwave, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and a fan; the third has two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. An outdoor shower bathroom is also available. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies. Free exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Artà is 0.9 km away and has a pedestrian shopping area and a Tuesday farmers’ market with local food and Mallorcan crafts. Cala Moll Beach is 11 km away. Other nearby coastal destinations include Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor. Cala Ratjada has nightlife and a harbour promenade; nearby Son Servera has supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and golf facilities.
