The villa offers private outdoor spaces for sunbathing, a barbecue and table tennis. Its private chlorine pool measures 11 × 4 metres and is 1.10–1.90 metres deep.

The ground floor has a large open-plan living-dining room and kitchen with a fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV and ceramic hob, plus two additional living rooms. Four air-conditioned bedrooms are on this floor: two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom; a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; and a single bedroom. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The fifth bedroom is upstairs, with twin beds and access to a terrace with views.
