The villa offers private outdoor spaces for sunbathing, a barbecue and table tennis. Its private chlorine pool measures 11 × 4 metres and is 1.10–1.90 metres deep.

The ground floor has a large open-plan living-dining room and kitchen with a fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV and ceramic hob, plus two additional living rooms. Four air-conditioned bedrooms are on this floor: two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom; a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; and a single bedroom. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The fifth bedroom is upstairs, with twin beds and access to a terrace with views.

A washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for two cars are provided.

The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season to €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
