The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Barbecues are strictly forbidden during the summer months. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
