## About the house

The 65 m² stone house has an open-plan living room, dining area and equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The living room has a sofa and satellite TV. Each of the two bedrooms has two twin beds placed together, a wardrobe and a TV with Spanish channels. Air conditioning serves the living room and both bedrooms. There is one bathroom with a shower.

Outside, a tree-lined garden surrounds a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres, with a depth of 1–1.7 metres and four sun loungers. A vine-covered porch, built-in barbecue and outdoor dining table provide places to eat outside. An annex has another dining area, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Barbecue firewood is free.

Two bicycles are available, and two cots and two highchairs can be provided for babies. A welcome gift includes an ensaimada, wine and assorted drinks. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Santa Margalida is 3.6 km away and has bars, restaurants and a pharmacy. Son Serra de Marina beach is 9.6 km away, with an approximately 15-minute journey. Son Sant Joan Airport is 46.8 km away, Muro train station 11.9 km, the bus stop at Plaça de la Vila in Santa Margalida 4.3 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 21.2 km, Golf Alcanada 23.4 km and Hospital Juaneda Muro 15.9 km.
