The villa has a large front terrace and eight sun loungers. Its chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 m, with depths from 0.8 to 2.5 m. Neighbouring houses stand at the front and rear of the same plot, so privacy is not absolute, and the access road is shared.

The living and dining room has satellite television and a wood stove. The equipped Mallorcan kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three fans and central heating. A cot and highchair can be prepared for a baby.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor: two have a double bed each and the third has a bunk bed. There is a shower bathroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor.

Andratx is 2.6 km away and has a supermarket, petrol station, cafés and restaurants. The surrounding area offers walking and cycling in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Camp de Mar has a sandy beach; other surrounding beaches include Santa Ponsa, Cala Fornells, Peguera and Portals Nous. Cala Egos is 9 km away. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

The plot is not fenced. The access road is shared with neighbours, and neighbouring houses occupy the front and rear of the same plot, limiting privacy. Bedrooms are on the first floor. Andratx and the Carrer Son Sampol bus stop are 2.6 km away; Cala Egos beach is 9 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 42 km away, Golf d’Andratx 6 km, Palma Intermodal train station 31 km, Port de Palma ferry terminal 30 km and Juaneda Santa Ponça hospital 20 km.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
