The house

The house has a traditional interior and a living-dining room with a sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and dining space for six. The separate kitchen has its own dining table, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the first has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom has two single beds. A separate bathroom has a shower. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.

Outside are a garden, terrace, barbecue and six sun loungers. The private chlorine pool measures 8 by 4 metres and is 0.5–1.9 metres deep. The property grounds are fenced and offer privacy. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

Santanyí is 3 km away and has supermarkets, bars and cafés. Platja de Santanyí is 3.2 km away. Nearby routes offer cycling and hiking opportunities, including an excursion to Santuario del Puig de la Consolació.
