## About the house

The property comprises two buildings across a lawn garden within fenced grounds. The private chlorine pool measures 10 x 5 metres, with depths from 1.2 to 2.5 metres. Eight sun loungers and an outdoor shower surround the pool.

Beside the pool, a glassed-in, air-conditioned kitchen-dining room has a grill, gas hob and large dining table, with an open-air terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also an outdoor barbecue and wood oven; a microwave is available.

Across the garden, the second building contains a living area with two sofas and satellite TV, a reading area, four bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The living and reading areas have air conditioning and a wood stove. All four bedrooms have air conditioning; three have a double bed each and one has two twin beds. There is space for a baby cot and a high chair. The bedrooms have no closets; a five-metre-long closet is in the hall. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Inca town centre is about 3 km away, with shops, restaurants, bars and a Thursday market selling artisan and local products. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 30.9 km away. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for seven cars are available.
