The house

The villa has a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 3.5 metres, with depths of 1.5–1.7 metres. The garden has sunbeds, and the porch provides space for barbecues and sunset views. The property perimeter is fenced, with neighbours nearby.

The main floor has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with satellite TV and a ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and there is a main-floor toilet.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other bedrooms have twin beds and a trundle bed respectively. A further upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. The house also has oil central heating, a cot and a high chair. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for five cars are available.

Mancor de la Vall lies at the foot of the mountains and has basic services for a self-catering stay. Inca, 5 km away, offers additional shops and services and a Thursday market. The area provides starting points for walking and cycling excursions.
