Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Optional wood carries a supplement; consult the advertiser for possible charges.

All bedrooms are on the upper floor. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 25 km away; Alcúdia Bay and the north coast are a 25-minute drive away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 35.5 km away, Golf Alcanada 33.2 km, the train station in Inca 2.8 km, the bus stop in Inca 1.5 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 29.7 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 3.9 km.
