## About the house

The 220 m² cottage occupies two floors and has a garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, a furnished 30 m² porch, a barbecue and eight sun loungers. Its private chlorine swimming pool measures 11 × 5 m and is 1–2 m deep.

The dining and sitting area has satellite television. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Gas central heating serves the house.

All four bedrooms are upstairs, have air conditioning and overlook the garden. Three bedrooms each contain one double bed; the fourth has two single beds. There is a ground-floor bathroom with a shower and an upstairs bathroom with a bathtub.

Port d'Alcúdia beach is 25 km away, and Alcúdia Bay and the north coast are a 25-minute drive away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 35.5 km away. Inca offers a traditional Thursday market, leather shopping and historic churches.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Optional wood carries a supplement; consult the advertiser for possible charges.
