The garden has a 7 × 3 m chlorine swimming pool, 1–2 m deep, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. A porch provides space for outdoor meals, and a barbecue is available. The rural surroundings include almond and holm oak trees, gentle hills and views of the Serra de Tramuntana.

On the ground floor, the open living and dining area has a Smart TV and fireplace. The equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. There is also a guest toilet. Hiking and cycling routes lead towards Caimari and Binibona. Selva, with its church and traditional cafés, is a few minutes’ drive away. Alcúdia and Muro beaches are about 25 minutes away by car; Pollença and Alcanada golf courses are within reach. The house is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay.

Selva is 4.4 km away, Palma de Mallorca Airport 46.6 km, Pollença Golf Club 17.1 km, Inca train station 6.4 km, Moscari bus stop 1.7 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 24.6 km and Hospital Comarcal Inca 6.9 km. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
