The house

The rustic villa is arranged over a ground floor and mezzanine. Outdoors there is an 8 × 4-metre private pool, sun loungers, parasols, a garden, terrace and barbecue.

The ground-floor living room has a sofa and satellite television. The separate kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and towels are available. A cot and high chair can be provided.

Two ground-floor bedrooms each have two single beds. Also on the ground floor are a bathroom with a bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is on the mezzanine and has two single beds.

Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are free. Air conditioning is optional at 15€/night. Pets are welcome; events and smoking are not permitted. Mandatory final cleaning costs 80€/stay, and a damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies.

Nearby Sa Pobla has supermarkets, a pharmacy, a medical centre, bars and restaurants. Alcúdia Beach is 19 km away, and the Bay of Alcúdia is about 20 minutes away by car. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 45 km away.
