House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests’ identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory final cleaning costs 200€/stay. Optional air conditioning costs 0.25€/KW, and an optional extra cot costs 5€/night. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt.
