The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 21 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of each guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
