The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are prohibited. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The second floor is not available. There are neighbours. Cala Mondragó beach is 3.5 km away; Cala Mondragó and s’Amarador are three minutes away by car. Santanyí town is five minutes away by car. The Portopetro bus stop is 600 m away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 53.7 km away; Manacor train station is 33.3 km away; Port de Palma ferry terminal is 61.6 km away; Hospital de Manacor is 35 km away. There is no private beach access.
