## About the house

The villa occupies two floors. Outside are a porch, lawn, barbecue, eight sun loungers, table football, billiards and a wooden playhouse. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 6 m and is 1–2 m deep.

The ground floor has an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, DVD player and music facilities, plus a dining area open to a kitchen with a gas hob. A corridor leads to the laundry, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs are four bedrooms: two with a double bed each and two with two single beds each. These upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning; one also has a terrace with views. The two upstairs bathrooms comprise one with a shower and one with a hydromassage bathtub and shower. Two cots and two high chairs are available. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for six cars are available.

Búger village is 4.5 km away and Sa Pobla is about 1 km away, with basic services, bars and restaurants in both towns. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 14 km away, about 10–15 minutes by car. Pollença golf course is 16 km away.
