The house

The house has a vine-covered terrace, a porch with a barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, a garden and an upper terrace overlooking the surrounding fields. The grounds are fenced and offer privacy.

Inside, the living room has a sofa, television, air conditioning, a wood stove and a pellet stove. A separate dining area adjoins the equipped kitchen, which includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. The independent laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and towels are provided.

There are two bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and fan: one has a double bed and the other a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby. There is no swimming pool.

The house is 2.9 km from Algaida, with a nearby highway providing connections around the island. A car is necessary to get around. El Arenal beach is 21.8 km away, Son Gual golf course is 11.4 km away and Son Sant Joan airport is 22.7 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates six cars.
