The house

The house has Mediterranean-style interiors and open landscape views. A living room with Smart TV connects to the dining area and fully equipped induction kitchen. Air conditioning extends throughout the house. There are two bedrooms, including one with a double bed, and one bathroom with a shower. The bathroom also contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 5 × 3 metres with a constant depth of 1.30 metres, a furnished shaded porch for outdoor meals, a terrace, garden, parasols and sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are available. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. Towels, a hair dryer and a safe are provided.

Platja de Sa Marjal is 1.3 km away and Son Servera town is 5.5 km away. Cala Bona has a seafront promenade and small marina; nearby Cala Millor has a long sandy beach. Club de Golf de Son Servera is 2 km away.
