The house

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Its bright living area has a single sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen, and opens onto a terrace. There is a master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The two beds comprise one queen-size bed and one single sofa bed.

Facilities include air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, a television and a hairdryer. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.

The apartment is a short distance from beaches and downtown Olbia. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is around a 2 km drive away. Local attractions include the Basilica of San Simplicio, the Archaeological Museum and Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The coastal area includes Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados beaches, as well as nature trails of varying difficulty.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
