The house

The two-storey villa has a saltwater swimming pool measuring 12 × 5 m, with depths from 0.2 to 2.5 m. Outdoors are an extensive garden, sun loungers, parasols, a terrace with a covered dining area and a barbecue. The property is fenced, with no nearby neighbours.

The living-dining room has a fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV and satellite television. The open-plan gas kitchen includes cooking utensils, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer.

One double bedroom is on the ground floor with terrace access. Upstairs are another double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Fans, a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies.

Outdoor parking accommodates four cars. Sant Llorenç des Cardassar town is 3 km away, and Platja de S'Illot is 14.1 km away. The town has an 18th-century church and a weekly market selling local produce and handicrafts. Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Manacor and Mondragó Natural Park are nearby excursion destinations.
