The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are on the first floor. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 14.5 km away; Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort are a 20-minute drive away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 49 km away, Sa Pobla train station is 5 km away, the Sa Pobla bus stop is 4.5 km away and Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal is 20 km away.
