## About the house

Originally built over 300 years ago, the restored villa stands on a 70,000 m² plot with fruit trees and chickens. Hand-hewn stone features outdoors and in parts of the house, and the grounds offer seclusion. A furnished 700 m² terrace complements the outdoor areas.

The 50 m² saltwater pool is 1–2 m deep, with eight sun loungers and an umbrella. A covered poolside area has a sink and cupboards for preparing small snacks.

Inside are a furnished entrance hall, a living-dining room with satellite TV and a DVD player, a dining area, and an adjoining stone-walled room with a domed roof. The separate, fully equipped kitchen uses gas and provides access to an additional toilet. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All five bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and heating. The ground-floor twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, plus three bathrooms with bathtubs, one of which is en suite. A cot and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for 10 cars are provided.

Sa Pobla is 4.5 km away. Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort are a 20-minute drive away; Port d'Alcúdia beach is 14.5 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
