The house

The house has 120 m² of accommodation on one floor. The living-dining room has satellite TV, and the kitchen includes cooking utensils, a gas hob, a microwave, a table with four chairs, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Three bedrooms each have a wardrobe: two have one single bed each and the third has one double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Ceiling fans are provided in the bedrooms and living room. A cot and highchair can be provided.

Outside, the garden has a lawn, a small pond, plants, four sunbeds and a terrace with an awning. There is a barbecue and a private chlorine pool measuring 3.5 × 3.5 m with a depth of 1.2 m. The plot is fenced and has no immediate neighbours. Chickens and chicks are outside the property.

The house is between Muro and Can Picafort. Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach is 2.6 km away, and Can Picafort, with supermarkets, restaurants and shops, is 2.5 km away. A car is necessary; free outdoor parking accommodates four cars. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over.
