The house has a furnished rear terrace for outdoor meals and a sea-view living room with satellite television and a DVD player. The living room opens onto the dining kitchen, and this shared space has an air-conditioning unit. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

There are three bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and air conditioning: two have one double bed each, and one has a single bed. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower bathroom; a second bathroom has a bathtub. A baby cot and high chair are available. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free, and the outdoor terrace has parasols. There is no swimming pool.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR must be paid to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 105€/stay. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay, and guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
