The villa stands in a forested setting with no direct neighbors. Outdoors there is a garden, terrace, six loungers, a Balinese bed, a barbecue and a furnished porch for outdoor dining. The private saltwater pool measures 8.5 × 5 m and is 1–1.9 m deep. A table-tennis table and basketball basket are available; bring your own basketball.

The sitting-dining room has satellite TV and a DVD player. An arch connects it to the fully equipped open kitchen with a gas hob. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. One double bedroom with a closet and a separate shower bathroom with a hair dryer are on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One upstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom with a hair dryer; there is also a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. A cot and high chair are available on request. The house has four fans and eight electric radiators. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available.

The surroundings offer hiking and cycling near the Tramuntana Mountains and Puig de Santa Magdalena, which has a chapel and restaurant. Inca, 3 km away, has shops and restaurants for self-catering stays. Alcúdia Bay is about 30 minutes away by car, with beaches at Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro. Free outdoor parking accommodates six cars. Pets and events are not permitted; smoking is not allowed. A mandatory tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Bring your own ball to use the basketball basket. A cot and high chair are available on request. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to all guests except those under 16: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
