## About the house

The villa has island views, a fenced property and complete privacy. Outdoor facilities include an 11 × 4 m saltwater pool, 1–1.90 m deep, with an integrated cold-water Jacuzzi, six sun loungers, a Balinese bed, a garden and a porch with a barbecue.

All rooms are on the main floor. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has satellite TV and a ceramic hob. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and two each have twin beds; all four have air conditioning. Two bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms. There is a further shower bathroom and a separate toilet.

The separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A cot, highchair, four fans and screen roller blinds are available. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for four cars are provided. The wood stove is decorative, and the loft is not available to guests.

Ariany is in central Mallorca, with basic services in the town. Can Picafort beach is 21.9 km away, Ariany town is 4.3 km away, and Petra railway station is 3.6 km away.

Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
