Maximum occupancy is four adults and one child up to 16 years old. The base booking covers four guests; the additional child requires a supplement. If the additional guest has not been paid for, the extra bed may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets and events are not allowed. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax applies except to guests under 16: the published amount ranges from 0.55€ per guest per night in low season to 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
