## About the house

The single-level apartment has a living-dining room with satellite TV and an open kitchen with induction cooktops and cooking utensils. Each of the two bedrooms has two single beds, air conditioning, heating and an en suite shower bathroom. A living-room sofa bed provides the additional child's sleeping place. A crib and high chair can be provided.

The agritourism property has Mallorcan-style interiors with high vaulted ceilings and a shared lounge with tables and armchairs. Outdoors are gardens with indigenous plants and trees, sun loungers, a barbecue, furnished gathering areas and a shared terrace. The shared chlorine pool measures 12.5 × 6 m and is 1.2–1.9 m deep; there is also a children's paddling pool. Pool opening dates depend on community regulations and may change seasonally without notice, with updated information available on arrival.

A communal laundry area is available. Sheets and towels are changed every four nights, but daily cleaning is not provided. Breakfast is available for an additional charge from Easter through the end of October, between 08:30 and 10:30. Reception is online only and arrival uses self check-in.

Vilafranca de Bonany has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Petra and Manacor are nearby towns, and east-coast beaches include Cales de Mallorca, Cala Mendia, Cala Romántica and Cala Varques.

Maximum occupancy is four adults and one child up to 16 years old. The base booking covers four guests; the additional child requires a supplement.
