Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

The house has two floors, with one bedroom on the first floor. Can Picafort beach is 20.5 km away. Petra's train station and bus stop are each 2.3 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates three cars.
