## About the house

The house stands on a fenced plot with countryside views and privacy. Outdoor spaces include a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 × 3.5 metres, with a depth of 1.2–1.6 metres, a sunbed, a poolside chill-out area and a furnished porch for outdoor meals.

On the ground floor, the dining area seats six and features an interior well. It shares space with a living room with a sofa, satellite television, a fireplace and access to the porch. The equipped kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and breakfast table. A separate laundry contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. An outdoor grill is also available.

Two ground-floor bedrooms contain a double bed and twin beds respectively, with a shower bathroom on the same floor. The first-floor bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. A cot and high chair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

Petra has restaurants and small shops. Can Picafort beach is 20.5 km away, and Palma is approximately 40 km away. Petra's train station and bus stop are each 2.3 km away; Aeroport de Son Sant Joan is 47.8 km away and Port d’Alcúdia ferry port is 28.4 km away.
