The house

The garden has a lawn, a 9 × 4.5 m saltwater pool with depths from 1.20 to 1.60 m, six sun loungers and a parasol. Outdoor facilities include a shower, a playground with swings and a slide, a barbecue under the porch and a furnished chill-out area.

The garden opens into the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven and microwave. The living room has sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning; both spaces have dining tables and chairs. A laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for six cars are available.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning. One double bedroom has a wardrobe; another has a double bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available.

Muro is 2 km away and has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Can Picafort offers a sandy beach, summer dining and nightlife, with quieter conditions in spring for cycling and walks.
