The house

The cottage has a garden with trees and lawn, a porch with a barbecue and swinging sofa, and views over fields of fruit trees. Natural stone walls and Mallorcan details feature inside and outside, and the building has solar panels. The private saltwater pool measures 9 × 4 metres, with depths from 1.2 to 1.9 metres; four sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower surround it.

An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has a fireplace, satellite TV and a CD player. The kitchen includes a microwave. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two bedrooms each have a closet: one has a double bed and space for a cot, while the other has two twin beds. A cot and high chair are available. The bathroom has a shower, and two fans are available. There is no air conditioning or Wi-Fi. Free exterior parking accommodates two cars.

Búger is 2.4 km away and has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Puerto de Alcúdia Beach is 18.5 km away. Other distances are 43.6 km to Son Sant Joan Airport, 24.1 km to Golf Alcanada, 6.9 km to Sa Pobla train station, 1.9 km to the bus stop at Plaça de la Constitució in Búger, 21.8 km to the Puerto de Alcúdia ferry and 7.5 km to the hospital in Inca.
