## About the house

The 170 m² house is arranged on one floor, within 7,000 m² of grounds. Outdoors are large gardens, an 8 × 5 m swimming pool with depths of 1.20–2.10 m, six sunbeds, parasols, a large terrace and a furnished porch with a portable barbecue.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms comprise two rooms with a double bed each and one room with two single beds. One double bedroom has an en suite shower bathroom; a second bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available on request. The living room has a sofa, table, satellite television and air conditioning.

The equipped kitchen has a dining area, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, towels and hair dryer are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Campos has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a medical centre. Es Trenc Beach is 9.5 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Palma is a 30-minute drive away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
