There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub, and an exterior shower bathroom. The air-conditioned living-dining room has satellite TV and a DVD player. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and fans are available.
Outdoors, a furnished 48 m² porch has a barbecue, a table with two benches, and a sofa with a small table. The grounds include 150 m² of paving, 300 m² of lawn, fruit trees, a vegetable patch and a large aviary with a variety of birds. Six sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.
