Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 170€ per stay during the published charge period. Optional heating costs 12€ per night during the published seasonal charge periods. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt.
