The house has three bedrooms with closets: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Both bathrooms have showers. The living-dining room has satellite television, and the separate kitchen includes a gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. A utility room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Three fans and central heating are available; there is no air conditioning. Wi-Fi and towels are provided, and a cot and high chair are available.

Outside, a chlorinated pool measures 10 × 5 metres and is 1.20–1.80 metres deep. There are six sun loungers, a fixed barbecue, a 35 m² furnished porch, a 150 m² paved garden area and a 300 m² lawn. Property privacy is partial. Free outdoor parking accommodates three cars. Solar panels and separate recycling bins are provided.

Ses Casetes des Capellans beach is 10 km away, and Can Picafort beach is 10.1 km away. Santa Margalida has a Tuesday market from 08:00 to 13:00. Can Picafort offers water sports including windsurfing, paddle surfing and jet skiing.
