The house

The villa has landscaped grounds with a lawn, a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 4 m and 0.50–2 m deep, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols and a poolside relaxation area. A tennis court, rackets and balls are available. The barbecue area and porch provide space for outdoor meals.

Inside, the living room has a fireplace and satellite television and opens onto the dining area and gas kitchen. The lower level has a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs are another twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with wardrobes and air conditioning, plus a second bathroom with shower. Two fans and two radiators are available. Two cots and two high chairs can be provided.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A separate laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels and a hair dryer are available. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

The house is in a rural agricultural area near the Ma-3322 road, 4.4 km from Manacor and 17.1 km from Porto Cristo beach. Manacor offers shops and restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan food. Other nearby beach destinations include Cala Magrana, Cala Romántica and Calas de Mallorca.
