The house has a garden with sun loungers, a barbecue and a swimming pool measuring 3.2 × 2.2 m with a depth of 0.7 m. An upper-floor terrace has sea views. The pool is closed from 30 November to 1 March.
The main floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven and direct access outside. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a shower bathroom on the main floor and a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs.
Each of the four bedrooms has two single beds and a wardrobe: one bedroom is on the ground floor, two are on the first floor and one is on the second floor. Four fans and oil central heating are available. A cot and high chair can be provided. Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance.
