The house

The villa is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a lounge with five armchairs and satellite television, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. All four bedrooms have two single beds and access to a small terrace. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; a second bathroom also has a bathtub. Four fans are provided. A cot and highchair are available on request. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Outside, the chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres and is 0.45–1.50 metres deep. The pool area is fenced and has sun loungers and parasols. A 35 m² porch, barbecue and garden with lemon, orange and medlar trees provide outdoor space. The laundry on level -1, beside the garage, contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and free parking are available, with two outdoor spaces and two garage spaces.

Sa Coma Beach is 400 metres away, with S’Illot and Cala Millor beaches nearby. Porto Cristo is about a 10-minute drive away and has bars, restaurants and shops. Nearby leisure options include cave visits, golf, tennis, padel and cycling routes.
