The ground floor has a lounge with five armchairs and satellite television, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. All four bedrooms have two single beds and access to a small terrace. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; a second bathroom also has a bathtub. Four fans are provided.
