The villa has fenced grounds, a garden, a children's playground, a barbecue and a porch with outdoor dining. The saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 1.2–2 m deep. Its terrace has sun loungers, parasols and a sofa area.
On the ground floor, the living room has a television and the gas kitchen opens to the dining room. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and crockery. One bedroom has a double bed and a fan; a bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a double bed and air conditioning, alongside another terrace and a bathroom with a shower.
